The proposed project is a mixed use high rise development with office and hotel in the high rise and retail at the base level.The site is located in the uptown of the city of Charlotte,NC. The project also aims to utilise the climate of the site to develop a Net Zero building design using bioclimatic active and passive strategies.The natural topography of the site is maintained to form a promenade which connects the light rail station with the surrounding streets.
