The site is located near the North End of Charlotte, edging the existing Camp north end recreational center. The development proposed offices, retail, recreation and multi family residential in an attempt to propose a neighborhood in itself. The idea was to create blocks which are more walkable and pedestrian friendly.The proposed development attempts to increase density and footfall in the north end of Charlotte.
