The objective of the waterfront project is to preserve and foster the biodiversity of the surrounding and the site which is located in Ashville, NC. The project strives to create a series of circulation throughout the site and embrace the natural contour. The three main ideas of the project were to create a landscape that treats the river water, to promote movement of species along the riparian buffer and design Watersheds and natural wetlands for flood mitigation.
